I got contacted by a lady who wants to surrender her girl chin. Apparently she left for vacation, her brother was supposed to watch her two girl chins. He was only supposed to give them water. When she got back, one of her chins was gone and the other one was "sad" (it sounds more like she was in shock than sad to me) and is making a "chocking" sound when she eats (not sure if she means choking or a literal 'chock' sound).
I think probably the brother abused the chins and one died from it, and the other one has residual physical affects from it. However you want to say it.
She sent me a picture, and Bella looks otherwise healthy, a good weight, etc.
She is one hour outside Houston. Would anyone there be interested in taking her in? If it is a matter of you'd need supplies, we can set up a foster arrangement and send you supplies.
Ok, let me see what I can figure out. I have contacted her, so once I hear from her, and get a couple other things settled, I will let you know. I'll message you in a little bit. (My older little boy just woke up and needs something to eat. It seems to happen that way. lol)
I haven't heard back from her yet, but as soon as I do I will let you know. I think she has internet issues or something. It is a few days between emails from her, but she does still need to surrender her chin.
