I have heard many people on this forum talk about the metal pan for the bottom of the ferret nation cage. I decided to go to bass equipment and order one. I paid with pay pal back on last Friday (Jan. 11th). So far, it is Jan. 17th and I have yet to receive an order shipment nor any other email from them. I have tried calling their number and it is always busy and never rings. Was just wondering has anyone else had this problem with them?
Thanks,

It's much better against the chewing problem, but it should be of course suitable (so that it does not rust. But this should be clear, when it's ordered special fr cages, guess this was just a problem in some selfmade-tries).
Where did you both order yours??

I've ordered 3 pans from Bass. They do take a while to come in. It took a good 2 weeks for my first, and pushed 3 weeks when I purchased two.
To be honest, I don't remember getting my first/second pan. I think it may have come with the second FN cage when I bought it second-hand. lol

Thanks for the responses,
Honestly I was getting concerned at first. But now you helped ease that. Thank you.
Ironically enough, I have been thinking of an adaptation to the metal pan that might be beneficial to it.

I still did not find one who would make those in Germany, so I will take a look (maybe, when I'm rich sooner or later I would be able to afford the shipping costs, haha! ) Hugs Ilka

I love my bass pans, though I wish the sides were higher. I should ask my husband to figure out how much it would cost for him to manufacture them. If it isn't to expensive and if he is willing perhaps he could make some for me to sell on my new Chinnychews website once I get it up and running. @ Ilka, nice name, my Lipizannerin's sire is Favory Ilka and her grandmother is Ilka. Also my mother is from Frankfurt a/m and I used to live in Southern Germany. Yes, I am fairly fluent in German. [/quote]Thank you Jamie!!
